We offer free shipping on every order, worldwide. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.
Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can vary with carrier and customs handling.
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners. In rare cases, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Occasionally shipments are delayed by carriers, weather, or customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us and we will help track it down.
