We want you to love your curls. If you are not happy with your set, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Email support@reveriecurls.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with simple instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Items should be in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, the sleep bonnet, eye masks, and pillowcase must be unused if returned.
Once your return is approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For change of mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover it.
